A school age child is waiting anxiously outside the school in the cold weather. He is waiting for his mother to pick him up and he is waiting for his “verdict”. Inside, the staff and teachers, in a school council meeting, are discussing issues concerning operations and preparation for the winter holidays. Real issue of a poor small village school, low budget, mother struggling to pay for food, embarrassed by her son’s actions.
